LITE
The Lite plan is the entry point into the SODASPACE ecosystem. It is designed for independent professionals, digital nomads, and international residents seeking mid- to long-term housing (typically 6–12 months) who need to demonstrate financial reliability without local guarantees or co-signers. Lite provides verified identity and income certification from a primary bank account, creating the trust layer required to access the rental market confidently.
PRO
The Pro plan is designed for executives relocating to a new country with an employment contract, but without local banking history or personal contacts who can act as guarantors. Upon completion of the Pro process, the user receives the Super Lead Certificate — a digitally signed credential secured through blockchain registration. Within the SODASPACE network, this certification effectively replaces the traditional need for guarantors or co-signers.
CORP
The Corp plan is a complete Global Mobility infrastructure solution for multinational HR departments, embassies, and international schools managing employee relocation across Latin America. Rather than functioning as a one-time housing provider, SODASPACE becomes a long-term strategic relocation partner for the organization.

Pricing in USD
All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars (USD). SODASPACE reserves the right to update pricing for active clients with a 30-day prior notice.
Taxes & Local Regulations
Prices do not include VAT or applicable local taxes in each jurisdiction (Colombia: 19%, Mexico: 16%, Chile: 19%, Peru: 18%). Invoices are issued through the active SODASPACE legal entity operating in the corresponding country.
Refund Policy
Lite and Pro certifications are non-refundable once the validation process has started. The Corp plan includes a partial refund policy of up to 25% during the first 30 days of the annual agreement.
Enterprise Volume Scaling
Corp clients managing more than 50 annual relocations may request a customized enterprise proposal, including preferred pricing for additional relocations starting at USD $100 and direct API integrations with HCM platforms such as SAP, Workday, and Oracle.
Privacy & Data Protection
SODASPACE does not store banking credentials or raw biometric information. Immutable blockchain hashes and signed certificates are the only permanent records retained. All operations comply with GDPR (European Union), Colombia’s Law 1581/2012, and equivalent data protection regulations in Mexico, Chile, and Peru.
