Supporting Your Employees Every Step of the Way

When a company relocates an executive to another country, securing appropriate housing quickly and reliably becomes a major challenge. The process often involves weeks of coordination, informal providers, advance payments handled directly by the employee, and an arrival experience that creates unnecessary stress instead of reinforcing engagement and confidence.

SODASPACE goes beyond housing. We protect and support the talent your company has already invested in. Before the employee even boards their flight, the HR team activates the process by sharing the executive’s profile. From there, the platform takes over. Employees arrive with curated housing options already prepared for them — not with uncertainty or repeated rejections.

We align with your internal workflows, procedures, and compliance protocols.

Multinational companies that implement strong Soft Landing programs for international employees increase talent retention rates by more than 40%.

By contrast, a failed international relocation caused by housing-related stress can cost a corporation between two and three times the executive’s annual salary.

SODASPACE is not simply a housing expense — it is a strategic retention solution designed to protect international talent mobility.

REQUEST OUR SERVICE

F.A.Q.

What is the process for requesting the service?

The process begins with the execution of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the company’s HR or Global Mobility department and SODASPACE.

This agreement defines the institutional framework of the relationship, including response times, quality standards, data privacy protocols, relocation activation procedures, and billing terms.

Once the SLA is active, each relocation request is handled individually. HR shares the employee’s basic information — such as name, position, destination city, approved housing budget, and estimated arrival date — and SODASPACE manages the process from that point onward.

HR teams maintain real-time visibility into every relocation through a dedicated corporate management dashboard.

This model removes the operational burden of local housing coordination from HR teams. SODASPACE becomes the single bilingual point of contact, delivering fully coordinated housing solutions in as little as 48 hours from the employee’s arrival.

What is the pricing model?

SODASPACE operates with a two-level pricing structure.

For the employee or expat, the digital validation process that generates the Super Lead Certificate is available through different service tiers:

  • Lite — basic validation

  • Pro — full certification with priority network access

  • Corp — comprehensive multi-employee relocation management

For the company, pricing depends on how the partnership is structured.

Under the standard model, the Finder’s Fee — equivalent to the first month’s rent — is paid by the property operator, not by the company. The rationale is simple: operators receive access to highly qualified residents without investing in international marketing or verification processes.

As a result, the direct cost for the company is often minimal or zero under this structure.

For organizations managing higher relocation volumes, the CORP plan may include a fixed monthly or annual management fee covering:

  • Corporate management dashboard access

  • Dedicated account manager

  • Compliance and relocation reporting

  • Premium bilingual support

Pricing is customized based on relocation volume and geographic coverage.

About Vendor Registration & Corporate Compliance

When SODASPACE states that it “adapts to internal policies,” this means that the placement process, billing workflows, communications, and data management procedures are aligned with the formal standards multinational companies use to manage Global Mobility vendors.

Every corporation maintains its own international relocation policies and compliance frameworks. SODASPACE learns and integrates with those procedures before managing the first relocation assignment.

In practice, this includes:

  • Issuing invoices in the format required by the company’s procurement system

  • Respecting approved housing budgets by city and employee level

  • Including mandatory Purchase Order (PO) or cost center references

  • Delivering reports in the required format and frequency

  • Operating under strict confidentiality and employee data protection agreements

SODASPACE integrates seamlessly into existing corporate mobility structures while maintaining compliance with internal operational standards.

# APPLICATION FRAMEWORK
1 Housing Allowance Policy — Companies typically define monthly housing budgets based on employee level and destination city. SODASPACE only presents housing options that fall within the approved range.
2 Vendor Registration / Preferred Supplier Requirements — Many multinational companies require service providers to complete formal vendor onboarding. SODASPACE provides all necessary compliance documentation, including tax registration, liability insurance certificates, data protection compliance records, and commercial references.
3 Employee Privacy & Data Protection Policies — Companies must comply with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other international privacy frameworks. SODASPACE operates under a read-only data protocol with minimal data storage, sharing information only with the employee’s explicit consent.
4 Invoice & Purchase Order Approval Processes — SODASPACE issues invoices with the PO number, project code, and accounting structure required by the company’s procurement or ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, and similar platforms.
5 Corporate Housing Quality Standards — Many organizations maintain minimum housing requirements related to furnishing, square footage, building security, and connectivity. SODASPACE pre-validates that partner properties meet these standards.
6 Family Relocation & Special Needs Protocols — If the relocation includes family members, pets, or accessibility requirements, SODASPACE adapts the search and onboarding process according to the company’s internal mobility policies.
7 Relocation Package Duration Control — Lease agreements managed by SODASPACE are aligned with the duration covered under the company’s relocation package (for example: 12 months sponsored by the corporation, followed by employee-managed renewal).
