Receive better documented relocation demand.
If you operate coliving units, furnished apartments, apart-hotels or residential buildings, SODASPACE can become a new source of qualified relocation demand without changing your current leasing process.
We are building a network of operators open to receiving international residents supported by employer relocation, remote work or cross-border assignments.
What an operator receives
- Lead contact information
- Destination city
- Estimated move-in timeline
- Monthly housing budget
- Number of occupants
- Housing preferences
- Employer, remote work or relocation context when available
- Preferred language
- Notes that help your team evaluate fit
What SODASPACE does before the introduction
SODASPACE organizes the first layer of information, checks basic consistency and prepares a clearer intake before introducing the prospect to an operator.
This does not replace the operator’s own approval process, contract review, compliance checks or availability confirmation.
Launch model
The operator model is success-based. There is no upfront cost, no mandatory exclusivity and no minimum volume commitment.
A success fee applies only when a referred lead becomes a signed lease under the terms agreed with the operator.
Who should join
- Coliving operators
- Furnished apartment operators
- Apart-hotels
- Building administrators
- Property managers with inventory suitable for international residents
- Operators in Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Peru

SODASPACE does not guarantee volume, lease approval, occupancy, income or response times. Final decisions, legal requirements, inventory availability and lease terms remain under each operator’s process.
